The Management of International Online, in order to provide high quality services, decided to install a Quality Management System and certify it through an internationally recognized company of Inspectors of Quality Management, in order firstly to be certified by a third independent institution for the effectiveness of the system and secondly to have a solid objective proof for the handling of Quality processes in the company.

International Online in order to ensure the quality of services and products began to apply the ISO 9001:2000 Quality Management System that Lloyd’s Register Quality Assurance Company has certified since 2003. As the high quality services and improvement constitutes continuous objectives International Online recently was certified with the newest version of the Quality Management System, ISO 9001:2008 that follows a completely structured system of organization and management that is based upon:

 Our quality assurance (QA) team assists the project team in achieving a high quality end product. This team performs a set of activities that address quality assurance planning, oversight, record keeping, analysis, and reporting.
